Parts Ordering

Thanks for considering www.FloorMachineParts.Com as your parts supplier.  Before we take you to the ordering site in a new window, please take note of the following information.

The on line pricing of all parts is not correct.  We have thousands of parts on line, and after our initial loading of this data with our service provider they no longer will allow us to do the updates.  We are working on a new on-line purchasing system.  In the meantime you are welcome to place your order on line we always send an order acknowledgement.  At acknowledgement time we will ask for your security card code and the zip code of the charge card's billing.  You are also welcome to call us for current pricing.

We have assigned a three letter prefix to the front of all manufacturer's part numbers, that way should a manufacturer use the same part number as another manufacturer we can differentiate between the manufacturers.  You can search in the ordering system with or without the three letter prefix code, if you search without a prefix code, please make sure the part is the one you want before ordering.  Since you can search for parts without the prefix codes, we do not list them, just confirm your part's order before completing the transaction.

We are an authorized Betco Service and Parts center.  There are no minimum order for drop shipping these parts, however our standard $50 minimum service charge may apply.  At this time no Betco parts are not in the on line ordering system, you must call 800-331-3339 for pricing and to order parts.

Nilfisk Family of Equipment:
  Since Kent was purchased a few years ago, they changed their part numbers to the Nilfisk family number scheme, our system has only the new part numbers available to order.  Many of the old numbers can be converted to the new part number by adding 56 before all part numbers.  IE if the part number was 12345, you will be ordering part 5612345.  Any part number with an "E" in the front will not be in the parts pricing system and you must call 800-331-3339 for cross reference and pricing.  Drop ship orders must total $75.00 or more.  If less than $75.00, all parts will be shipped from our main location.  Minimum part pricing -- Nilfisk has a policy that all parts will have a minimum charge of $5.00.  That means that the $0.32 screw you can pickup at the local hardware store will be charged at $5.00, we think this policy could be much more customer friendly, but we didn't get to vote.  This means we highly encourage you to look at those little parts and locate them locally.  If you order a washer for $5.00 and then start to laugh when you get it because you can get it locally for $0.15, please write Nilfisk and tell them your dissatisfaction with this policy.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of minimum charge parts, we don't have any use for a $5.00 bolt either.

We attempt to service other divisions of the Nilfisk family of machines.  We are however NOT an Advance, Alto, or Clarke Machine dealer, many cross over and common parts are programmed into our system, please try your part numbers you may find the cross over work has been researched.  If you cannot locate your part in the system, please call we may be able to help you locate the part.  All modern Nilfisk part numbers begin with 54xxxxx or 56xxxxx, please search for part number with 54 or 56 preceding your part number.  If the 54 or 56 is already there, please do not add 54 or 56 again. ALSO, all Nilfisk family part numbers are located under the Kent Parts catalog.

, This vendor requires a $100.00 minimum parts order for drop shipping.  Less than that will have a $35.00 convenience charge added to the order.  Freight Charges also apply.  Unfortunately we did not make up this minimum order.  If speed isn't an issue for you, we can wait to build an order and save you the $35.00 charge possibly.

All order will ship from our main plant.  Orders wishing to drop ship directly from factory have Minuteman's drop shipping charge of $22.50USD added to order.  Minuteman has changed back to allow single part pricing after customers complained, say thanks to their new CEO who changed this unfriendly parts policy.

NOTE ABOUT ON LINE ORDERS:  With all of the different policies of manufacturers it is impossible to program our on line system with respect to prices and freight charges.  Your invoice WILL BE CHANGED TO REFLECT THESE POLICIES when we charge your credit card; therefore, your on-line invoice MAY NOT MATCH WHAT YOUR CHARGE CARD STATES.  If you want to know a more exact total, please call our offices.  In addition, we reserve the right to correct errors in part prices, Manufacturers routinely change pricing and keeping up with all of there changes is a huge task.  Should a part be significantly price differently than our on line system you will be contacted.

Ordering terms and conditions:
We ship only to the United States and military base addresses, sorry no international orders.  We do not offer Net 30 accounts unless you have an account already established with our parent organization Michigan Company Incorporated, otherwise all orders are credit card payments.  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We only ship to the address on the credit card, no exceptions, if the card address doesn't match, we do not ship.
All part sales are final unless the part is defective AND covered under a warranty from the manufacturer, make sure you have the correct part, we do not allow returns for ordering the incorrect part.

Electrical parts are non returnable under ANY circumstances, sorry.  Special ordered parts not in Michco's stock are not returnable.

All Freight charges will be pre paid and added to charge card.  We ship all orders via UPS ground unless otherwise noted to use LTL, sorry no 3rd party billing, or billing using a UPS number provided.  Parts too heavy for UPS will go LTL collect and have actual freight charges applied.  Most small orders have a flat rate of $15.00 freight.
We stock a large quantity of common used parts, if we do not have all of your parts in stock, we will hold your order for all parts until complete.  If you want partial shipping of your order, please let us know that, additional charges apply for extra shipping. 

All orders under $50 before taxes and freight will be charged a $10.00 service fee.

Please include a contact call back phone number, about 90% of our orders have at least 1 question which will greatly speed your parts order if we can contact you by phone.
